Advertising performance depends on various factors including competition, budget, website quality, audience behavior, and Google’s advertising policies. We do not guarantee specific sales, leads, conversions, or return on ad spend.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving website designs before launch. Once approved and published, additional changes may incur extra charges unless included in the agreed project scope.
Upon full payment, ownership of the completed website design and approved deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise agreed. Rankpress Digital retains ownership of internal processes, templates, tools, and proprietary methodologies.
Both parties agree to keep confidential business information, login credentials, marketing strategies, and project details private unless disclosure is required by law.
Rankpress Digital shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
Either party may terminate services by providing written notice. Outstanding invoices remain payable upon termination.
