George Seay's construction journey began in 1985 after graduating from the University of Florida's top-ranked School of Construction Management. He built experience in multiple roles — foreman, superintendent, estimator, and project manager — before co-founding Vanson Enterprises in 1993.
Over 26 years, he earned a solid reputation serving major clients like Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and Hyatt, expanding into restaurants, retirement communities, multifamily renovations, and more. In 2019, he launched GSeay, Inc., continuing his commitment to hospitality construction while entering healthcare and industrial projects.
Today, GSeay, Inc. is known for its innovative team and legacy of quality and integrity.
